Search · From $1,500 a month

Being found is a build, not a switch

Search rewards the same thing software does: structure, patience, and somebody paying attention every month.

What the work actually is

  • Content written against the queries your site already brushes against, where movement is cheapest
  • Technical remediation: duplicate hosts, crawl waste, thin pages, broken canonical signals
  • Local presence — Business Profile, citations, and the pages that support them
  • Internal linking and site structure treated as an architecture problem, because it is one
  • A monthly written read of what moved, what did not, and what happens next

You will see the same numbers I do

Every search client gets a dashboard in their client portal, pulled from Google Search Console and Google Analytics every night. Clicks, impressions, average position, the queries you rank for, the pages that earn them. It is not a slide deck assembled the day before a call. It is the data, and you can look at it at two in the morning if you want to.

If a report only makes sense when somebody is standing next to it explaining, it is not a report.

What honest reporting looks like

Average position falls when a site starts ranking for more things. That is not a decline, it is arithmetic — new queries enter at the bottom and pull the average down while total traffic climbs. The dashboard separates those two effects and says so in plain language, because the alternative is a number that punishes you for winning.

The boundaries

Search work is a minimum three month commitment, because anything shorter cannot honestly be evaluated. It is billed monthly and can be stopped after that. No rank guarantees will be made, by me or by anyone credible.

Pricing starts at $1,500 a month and moves with the market you are competing in. A single office brokerage and a regional service company competing across a metro are not the same size of problem, and pretending otherwise would mean overcharging one of you.

How it fits with everything else

Search work assumes the foundations are already sound. If your site cannot be crawled properly or loads slowly, that gets fixed first — sometimes inside a Sites engagement, sometimes as a one time remediation. You will be told which before anything is billed monthly.
