Why this one is different
Andersons Turf Care is a Stratum & Oak business, not a client. That makes it the most honest thing in this portfolio, because the software has to survive contact with an operation we personally have to run. When a booking rule is wrong, we are the ones driving to the wrong address.
Every practice should be forced to use what it sells.
The operating problem
Premium service businesses live or die on scheduling. Slots are finite, jobs have real durations, travel time is a cost, and customers expect to reschedule without a phone call. Add memberships to that and you have recurring billing, prorating, and cancellation policies that have to be enforced consistently rather than negotiated case by case.
What was built
- A luxury brand site with three service tiers, written for affluent homeowners who are choosing on trust rather than price
- Booking against real availability: arrival windows, one job per window, weekend scheduling, and slots selected before payment so nobody pays for a time that is gone
- Payments for one time services and recurring memberships, with discounts applied automatically by plan
- A customer portal for rescheduling, cancellations, and membership management, so routine changes never require a phone call
- An admin portal that runs the calendar and shows the day at a glance
- Policies enforced in software: full refunds outside forty eight hours, service credit inside it, free self serve reschedule, and memberships that cancel at the end of a paid period with no fee
What it demonstrates
This is the shape most service businesses need: a site that sells, a booking engine that cannot double sell a slot, payments that handle both one time and recurring, and two portals so that customers serve themselves while the operator sees everything in one place.
If that describes your business, it is a Systems engagement. For the larger multi party version of the same ideas, read the SupplementQuotes.com case study.
